Procrastination - it may help you to schedule some time doing homework or whatever each day. Like a time you’ll sit down at the kitchen table and work on it. I don’t know if body doubling like this is as helpful for autistic people as it is for just ADHD people, but it could be worth a try. Or schedule it for yourself someplace where you’re not distracted.
Sensory issues – it’s a process of learning to identify what’s really bothering you and accommodate it in some way (that is appropriate to the setting), but it’s hard to give specific advice since it varies person to person. Hopefully you have a few trusted people that can help you work on any compromises or get accommodations when needed.
I found it really helps to use an agenda religiously: write down an assignment or or event as soon as I hear about it, and then check/use the agenda every day. I have one with a bunch of little built-in check boxes, and it gives me the dopamines to check off the check boxes. It’s like gamifying the work, which motivates me to check everything off for the day/week.
