Is anyone else not close with their family? I only say “I love you” to them because it’s the norm and I feel like I *have* to say it. It feels so unnatural saying it to them. The only people I ever loved was my old high school best friend and my ex

Like when I would tell my old best friends I loved them it felt natural and easy to say, when I say it to my family it feels uneasy and uncomfortable (does that make sense to anyone??)
