Our club monitors how long patrons are in there. I had a sensory overload that led to a short breakdown and they came in with security to check on me but it made me more anxious 😞

Exactly. The bathroom has to be its own separate space so people can use it and not feel wierd. Introverts need a space —besides the bathroom where everyone is on comfy— to be able to mingle or at least sit in comfortable silence until someone is comfortable enough to say hello

The bathroom and “smoke spot” should not be the quiet spaces. Introverts want to have fun it’s just harder for us to expose ourselves like that
