i suppress my coughs/sneezes which is probably not good, and i never blow my nose, i just use a tissue to clean the inside of it

i have misophonia and i avoid sniffling and sniffling’s one of my biggest triggers so it feels similar

Silly, bodily noises are only allowed in the restroom if nobody is in it otherwise they’re ILLEGAL I thought you knew /s

(Why am I like this my nose has BURNED from needing to sneeze but I couldn’t leave to go to the restroom so I just sat there in agony)
