I will gladly educate you, because this comment is pure ignorance. YOU CANNOT CONSENT UNDER THE INFLUENCE & CONSENT CAN BE WITHDRAWN AT ANY TIME! With that being said, even if what you said is true and she consented while sober, if she withdrew consent or asked to stop at any point, especially after taking the drugs or after the act had begun, they should have STOPPED. Her prior consent no longer matters. This i feel is the most likely scenario and doesn't make them any less of predators.

Thanks for replying I really haven’t gotten much information. But from the investigation she never withdrew consent and was recorded to have actually consented each time. I know rape cases are bullshit in the criminal justice system but I’m trying to see where this lies

From what I’ve heard she did ask them to stop multiple times and they did when she asked, but would then keep going. They were also repeatedly giving her more ketamine which is a central nervous system depressant, meaning she could barely move, making her both too mentally and physically incapacitated to be able to continue or rescind consent — they should’ve stopped!
