Seconding #1. Totally sounds like depression. You should talk to your doctor, but also, all the things well-adjusted neurotypicals tell us to do actually work sometimes, annoying though it is. Try to make it a habit to get some sunlight, do some exercise, force yourself to eat at least 2 meals a day, etc. Will it fix every single thing in the long term? No. Will it increase your serotonin for now and make hobbies more enjoyable again? Quite possibly.
