I have made the decision to apply to work at summer camps because apparently that’s the only way to get a freaking summer job. I found a D&D camp and I think I’d be good at that

i work at a summer camp and personally i love it so much! i get to talk about my special interests to the kids sometimes it’s great

it's really fun, i did it in the past and it's so nice to info dump and have people actually enjoy it LOL. now i work as a trail guide and do the same thing

i worked in summer camps for 4 years. it’s perfect for me bc it’s like the exact amount of time i can work before burning out (depending on how long the commute is) and children really don’t care as much if you’re acting a bit weird

highly recommend for the nd girls 🙏 i get paid to be in nature, hang out with animals, & i only really have to talk to clients (sometimes people on solo trips, sometimes small groups) and coworkers (usually 1-2 per trip). one of my interests is herbalism & foraging so i often include foraged native plants in the meals/drinks i make for guests (only if they're comfortable ofc). honestly one of the funnest seasonal jobs
