This is how I view my happiness. ✅is a normal day. No good no bad. 💙is a “fun day” I do smth fun, get sad, try to chase that high again for the day. Sad at night. Bored and lonely. ‼️Is an event/social occasion, smth I really liked. I crash

Crash as in, not like I want to be left aline and recharge myself. As in I have more energy to keep going going going but when the thing stops, and I’m not ready, it’s hard to feel normal again. Like I’m not lazy, alone, depressed. Like the hard comedown after drugs. You gotta get back to baseline.

The highlight is what I feel other people’s days may usually be like. The white line would be a completely “neutral” day to me, more down than others’. Green is a good day— then feeling guilt or anxiety that ruins it. Red is a social outing.

I really resonated with this graph. I was taught it from my philosophy professor when we were talking about what ever lesson and smth abt drugs as an example. That we all should live the ide life on the green. I don’t try too. But like life is bland yk. Blue is like weed in the Philosophy class example, and red is hard drugs. But I found it to be super helpful when explaining recharging or when I’m depressed. The lows take longer to get up, the highs are spikes and come down fast in a better ex.

Here’s my visualization of what I think a normal person feels. Note the end levels. Green is neutral day. Blue is a sad day. Red is a fun social day. Idk how the red ends for them. I assume it waves off or like they know how to just end it and be all fine and sleep
