I really resonated with this graph. I was taught it from my philosophy professor when we were talking about what ever lesson and smth abt drugs as an example. That we all should live the ide life on the green. I don’t try too. But like life is bland yk. Blue is like weed in the Philosophy class example, and red is hard drugs. But I found it to be super helpful when explaining recharging or when I’m depressed. The lows take longer to get up, the highs are spikes and come down fast in a better ex.
