I think knowing someone is autistic makes ppl feel like they have to be more sympathetic (?) but otherwise you will be judged for being weird or creepy. We aren’t as accepting of a society as we pretend to be

Considering there are a large amount of self-diagnosed autistic people and anymore it’s relatively easy to say about any one person is on the spectrum if you can get a doctor to sign off on it. So my my answer to that question would be , yes, many people I’m sure are oblivious to
