I hate to say it but often times it takes a lot of filtering for the right people, I had ‘friends’ who were just people I hung around just so I wasn’t alone. But some things that worked for me were. 1. People I met in multiple contexts I usually became friends with. (For example I had a class and a club with them) 2. People I got in trouble with I became friends with 3. Being a friend to and just like getting over the fact not everyone will reciprocate but over time there will be ones that will

you can’t wait for things to happen 2 u bro. ask someone u think is interesting to hang outside of class. worst comes to worst they say no. and it doesn’t matter if they say no because at least you tried and you can be proud of urself for that.
