Oh, that’s 100% what it is. Like I said, I don’t judge people who enjoy casual hook ups. If anything, I’m envious that they’re able to be naked and vulnerable in the same room as a stranger and still have a good time! I want to do that!!!

Maybe try small steps? Bringing a guy over to make out. Or finding other ways of building up your body confidence. You can absolutely get there and do that! Just don’t feel like you have to do it all in one go; that would be difficult for anybody. Small steps!

I just feel like everyone went through that in high school and I’m late to the party. I’m worried I’m gonna be judged for my anxiety and inexperience

Ew. Anxiety is not innocence. I want to be an absolute fucking whore and am when I’m comfortable with someone, just not as comfy with people I don’t know as well.

You are never late to the party, trust me on that. Plenty of people first discover and experiment with this stuff in and out of college, me included. And if people are going to judge you for it, that reflects poorly on them, not on you. It just tells you they weren’t the right fit.
