You can’t ask them because then they’ll see how desperate you are and they’ll finally leave you. But you can’t forget that they’re faking being your friend either because then you’ll get too cocky and they’ll leave you. The only solution is to live in permanent agony, debasing yourself so that they’ll stay while never confronting them with the truth of your pain

Asking is NEVER on the table cause that’s too exposing and literally sad and no one wants to be seen as pathetic What I’m saying is make peace with your anxiety- you’ll never not have it, it’s a natural normal thing - the degree of it is what can be managed and by finding peace in literally not knowing exactly what people think or feel, yes people may not like you or hate you or whatever, some people WILL in fact, you can’t care so much - if you do, you said it yourself, VOLUNTARY permanent ago

People feel that negativity and desperation, yeah at some point the do leave, anyone would, you would too probably, and we can’t blame people because people can only take so much That isn’t fair to expect people to always be there when it gets to a point that’s asking a lot of someone when you yourself aren’t doing your part This is about real respect and love for oneself and better esteem, you have to WORK to feel better about yourself and people will stay and on top up that, by then you wont
