And I’m not even considering my time in the equation so that’s also kinda why I feel like the price I have in mind is too much

I would look at HEB and other stores/ bakeries to see how much they charge for size. HEB does prices based on size and you can add charges for any extra decorations or special accommodations ex: gluten allergy, sugar-free, specific add-ons or decorations.
