Has anyone here thought about doing or has done an at home bakery in a sense? Cottage businesses pretty much I’ve debated doing cakes or cake pops and maybe my bread I make I’m just not sure where to start

Heyy, I’m currently trying to start my own home bakery too and my goal is to have my own bakery like in its own building, I’m in Nh which I think is one of the more relaxed states considering food safety(which is good but also kinda scary😬) but I feel like I’m over stressing on like who I need to register with and I’m kinda overwhelmed with the requirements for the ingredients labels😵‍💫

Texas more so just requires you to label with any allergens, all have a food handlers certification, and everything be properly sealed with packaging
