Heyy, I’m currently trying to start my own home bakery too and my goal is to have my own bakery like in its own building, I’m in Nh which I think is one of the more relaxed states considering food safety(which is good but also kinda scary😬) but I feel like I’m over stressing on like who I need to register with and I’m kinda overwhelmed with the requirements for the ingredients labels😵💫
