One of the people who I am helping with a project at work asked me if I had ADHD in the nicest way he could cause he didn’t want to upset me and I just laughed and said probably. I’m undiagnosed but probably.

Autism is thrown around loosely by people without degrees or qualifications to actually identify it. Being weird and liking Pokemon doesn’t mean ur autistic lol.

i think it would have more to do with adhd than autism imo but i don’t have either so what do i know (im convinced i have undiagnosed adhd though)
