Not everyone gets PTO. As a graduate assistant who has to work FOR the school AND take classes as a regular student, we get NO days off—sick or not

The four of us unionizing wouldn’t do anything unfortunately 😂 The school already pays us pretty poorly despite doing as much work as an actual professor while taking our own classes 😒
