cashew cheese is the best vegan cheese but the way cashews are harvested is horrible. The workers aren’t given proper equipment and the cashew nut is like poison if you don’t harvest it properly. The workers hands get all swelled up and burned, it’s really sad, look it up. I haven’t had cashews in a long time. I like to know that I’m making a difference in the world because I can.
