we have a meeting space that’s rarely used and is actually just a repurposed storage closet with a couch and couple chairs in it with no camera.. I swear i’ve never booked myself in there for a virtual training for 30 minutes and napped

THIS! I was a bagger after being lied to that I could become a cashier. (they let the cashiers stand on a mat) and these FUCKASS MANAGERS (plural for one market basket) CAME ALONG AND TOLD US NOT TO LEAN ON SHIT OR CHEW GUM. They got a chair and did not work a full day. Also they got paid better than us obviously.

Hated them more than the problematic customers that snapped at us. Like the store does not need three managers working the same times in the day. If you need more people to fill positions, get chairs. The same people will be able to work more hours a week because they repeatedly say they are limited by the amount of time they can stand on concrete floors.
