The short version is that Coldplay was showing some of the audience members on their big screens at a concert and showed a man with his arms around a woman, both of them immediately moved away from each other when they saw themselves on the screens. People did some digging and found out it was a CEO (who was married with kids) and director of HR (not his wife).

And his reaction is what blew it up. It was a kiss cam and he ducked in that situation. People knew he was either super camera shy or definitely having an affair. Turned out to be the latter.
