avoid ultra processed foods, they're engineered to make you hungrier. and drink tons and tons of water

- stop eating processed sugar :( - eat to feel good not to lose weight - eat slowly - fiber > protein > calories - go on a good fart walk for digestion stimulation every morning and after you eat dinner - no lame ass meal replacement shakes or bars & no cigarettes it won’t work trust me (From someone prone to ed & has BAD ibs 🙏)

The only way imo is working yourself to the bone without thinking about how you’re going to achieve it, but I’m passive so do as you will :)

- water bottle on you always (you can even add flavoring if you want) - like others said, no processed foods as much as possible - if you’re hungry, eat!!! Don’t starve yourself - honestly- going to the gym regularly has made weight management and maintenance so much better for me. But again- don’t force yourself to go! It’s better to slowly form habits

Honestly, once you start eating healthier your body doesn’t like bad food anymore. Look into weighing portions too! I know it can be a little difficult but a lot of us are simple eating too much instead of one portion

everything is mental, i did a sport for years and they would say to us 75% mental 25% physical and i use that for everything in life, you can’t be to much in your head, u have to stop criticizing yourself and comparing yourself to others, u have to look at your progress and it’ll take time but be proud of the progress u made and see it as something you accomplished even if it’s only 5 pounds

i'd recommend researching how ultra processed foods are made, you'll never want to eat them again after that
