Silicone based makeup, elf power grip primer, hella setting powder and many layers of a good, long lasting setting spray like all nighter. Make sure the setting spray dries between layers. Melt down some Vaseline and put a few drops of your fav perfume in, mix it, and put it in the fridge to set. Stays alllll day! As for the hair though I have no advice besides teasing and dry shampoo 😔
