Cut out a heart shape on a piece of paper and pat the eyeshadow powder around around it and then touch it up on the inside with foundation/concealer OR even better finding the same size heart shape stickers so you can do them both at once!

ok thank you! my sister said maybe using concealer as a base and then using setting spray to help keep it on for the entire night
