Elf is pretty well priced and they have some good basic colors so maybe those to start with

Idk any products but I’d start with lighter shades first. And pencil eyeliner is a better start than beginning with liquid eyeliner (at least it was for me) just because it’s easier to control.

What did you use may I ask? You did a good job without eyeshadow or liner! I started with eyeshadow from Marshall’s (small Morphe pallet). Pencil liner would be better to start with, but no harm trying a liquid liner.

id recommend you check out this video for eyeshadow bc you have a slight hood! this technique has changed the game for me. it gives me the snatched eyeliner look. i use tape instead of the shield things he does https://youtu.be/xrKrPARXAxA?si=wI2fMQI4q0S-Q8mz
