How do you actually grow eyelashes and eyebrows? Atp I feel like the internet is lying and it’s just genetics. Please give me recommendations and advice 🥲

I’ve seen actual growth from being consistent using Babe Lash serum and also using eyelash dye. But it only makes your lashes longer, no thicker, so i tend to still wear mascara

hypothyroidism is known for making you lose the tails of your eyebrows and it impacts hair growth

i would also get an iron panel + ferritin vitamin d, and b12 because they all impact hair growth.

you ask your dr or you can go to drsays.com or jasonhealth.com and get the testing yourself for pretty cheap. you can treat iron, b12, and vitamin d deficiency yourself without a dr but if the results come back consistent with hypothyroidism (high tsh, high reverse t3, low free t3 and t4) you’ll need to take the test results to your dr and ask them for a prescription for thyroid medication. np thyroid ideally
