Anyone used a hair growth oil that actually works?? I’m really confused as to what’s scammy and what’s not

My hair lowkey grows so fast even tho I dye it all the time. I use L’Oréal shampoos and conditioners that have rosemary, and I use a rosemary hair oil that I’ll massage into my scalp abt an hour before I was my hair.
