Primer and hydration can make or break a look! The wet n wild clingy primer is an elf dupe and makes the finish so nice

i agree and also emphasize skin care before makeup , doesn’t matter if you want glowy or matte or natural look , skincare is a MUST! 🤍 Also looking at your tones if your cool warm olive or neutral can help with finding good shades for any part of your makeup
