pls help on how to dress more feminine. i wanna dress cutesy feminine like in skirts, cute tops, and just cute outfits in general but i don’t even know where to start 😭😭 i typically wear cut off shirts or regular t shirts & jeans. send help asap

Try making a Pinterest board and add looks that you like. Then you have something to reference so you can build on pieces to mix and match.
