Yall I need your body shower routine. I fear I’m not doing enough and need a cross reference 🥲

Sometimes I do a simple routine and sometimes I do an elaborate routine for the days I workout and ballet. Simple routine: - Lukewarm water - Shampoo and condition - Wash face - Wash body with dial bar soap with a wash cloth (love antibacterial soap)

I have KP so I exfoliate twice but you might not need that. also I don’t use scented body wash bc I feel it just washes off and that’s what my lotion and perfume are for: 1. physical exfoliation (body scrub) 2. Shave 3. Bar soap 4. Chemical exfoliation 5. body oil on damp skin when I get out. I also use retinol on my body

scolding hot water with bar soap and shampoo and shower in ice cold water for a few min

Ran out of room, but out of the shower I moisturize everywhere. Elaborate routine: - Still Lukewarm water - Shampoo x2, Mask, then condition - Wash body twice or exfoliate then wash body. - Out of the shower I put moisturizer and then body cream on the more rough parts like knees and elbows and feet!
