Tend Skin. And, if you don’t care about ever growing the hair back and have some extra cash invest and have pale skin+dark hair, a home IPL device worked wonders for me.

Yes! I pluck my armpit hair (and bikini and leg hair). It’s fantastic! The hairs come back so much thinner. 🤙
