Go to Ulta and have them help you pick a routine! I work there and I love helping people find products that suit them best. Also look at TikTok or YouTube tutorials

find someone with a similar face shape as you and skin tone on tik tok or YouTube and follow their makeup tutorial!! or look at a makeup artist and see if there’s a client with that criteria

watch tutorials on what you want to learn. when picking out eyeshadows or pallets look for fun shades but also focus on transition shades. they’re essential for making your eyeshadow look blended w your skin tone. remember when blending that half of your brush should be over what you’re trying to blend and half of what you’re blending into. it’ll prevent your eyeshadow from getting muddy or going farther than you want it
