Real shit tell me what you tell yourself to stay consistent in the gym/pilates/any strengthening activity. I would love to be more muscular but it seems the only physical activities I actually enjoy are sports and hot girl walks :(

I imagine the body Id like to have and I use dumbbells and resistance bands while doing in home workouts to help with that muscle toning and building. Also, do notttt forget that your body needs protein in order to for your muscles to rebuild stronger!! I have full faith in you and know you can do it just discipline yourself and create a routine that works for you!!

I tell myself that I can either start now and in (amount of time) I will look how I want, or I can look at myself in (amount of time) and wish that I started now

i have resistance bands and weights at home. i’m more likely to workout if i don’t have to drive to do it

why do u specifically find it hard to stay consistent? if its convenience, u just need a reason that is a big enough one to actually go. if its anxiety, wear some headphones and listen to music and podcasts. if its bc its hard (to get muscular) that just comes with the territory.
