Honestly I felt the same way but I started finding clothes that I felt confident in, found a good skin care routine, started going to an actual salon and they helped me find a haircut and treatment to help better my hairs health. I never went to a gym or anything just found things to make me feel more confident.
I think if you get haircuts regularly it helps, shaping your eyebrows and doing skincare. I wear moisturizer and sunscreen basically every day, I also have serums like vitamin c. Just starting with sunscreen and moisturizer everyday will make a difference. You can’t pull off huge habits all at once. Start small and consistently and make sure it’s something you enjoy and it will be easier
Pls this is kinda terrible😭I mean people should work out to feel healthier and happier but attributing skinny with a prettier face is wild💀maybe this just triggered tf out of me because I had an ED but all the other advice is the advice I would have given first, not something about weight. Looking back at my skinniest I did not look prettier…
