There’s some connotation with like American nationalism and the Nazis, Romans, etc used eagles as a symbol, but in the end with traditional tattooing it’s just such a classic motif that unless it’s done in very specific ways it’s literally just a tattoo, I wouldn’t worry about it just don’t get one that looks like the SS would use it
