Irritation bump. I dealt with same thing. Stop messing with it. Saline solution to clean, keep it dry. Avoid cotton swabs! Mine took over a year to go away. Talk to your piercer as well. Tbh I still have swelling but my other nostril is fully healed. It just takes a lot of time
