My biggest advice is you will bleed a lot the following day so don’t have intense plans for that day. Also i was told not to wear a bra but i live in a walkable city and not having a bra makes walking/movinf excruciating. I love mine tho so i say do the damn thing- if you take them out after they will heal 100% so

it hurt for me to move my upper body afterwards, it also hurt when my nipples would get hard in the ac. it’s been almost a year for me but my nipples still have some small issues because when i first got them they were on too short on the bar and the balls were also too small and the ball on one nipple went inside my nipple and i had to push it out and get the jewelry changed, and now my nipples squirt puss sometimes so definitely use saline every day way longer after than u think you should ❤️
