If you guys want a specific example my copy of A Court of Mist and Fury Chapter 54 did it so much. The chapter was so good but I kept noticing it and wanted to scream

No I mean like one person is done talking and then they didn’t put the ending quotation. Then it goes right to someone else talking. So it’s obviously not intentional but like a mistake. I’ve noticed it very rarely, but I saw it in the book I was currently reading
