I recommend the Honey Witch, it’s a great late summer/early fall read plus not too long if ur not a fan. Will warn there are some adult themes so I recommend checking out the trigger warnings but it’s rather wholesome.

Not exactly fall themed, but Tomes and Tea is one of my favorite series. It’s cute and cozy while still having fun fantasy adventures and action. The first book is called Can’t Spell Treason without Tea by Rebecca Thorne. It’s about a queens guard and an elemental mage running away together to run a Tea and Book Shop.

I also really Enjoyed Someone You Can Build a Nest In by John Wiswell. Also not exactly fall themed but I loved it so much. It’s about a shapeshifter searching for the perfect host for her eggs.

the incandescent by emily tesh isn’t super fall themed but it’s academia which feels fall to me lol! MC is an extremely competent teacher at a magic academy who has to take care of her students while also dealing with evil demons
