I feel like this casting for this movie has been the only movie casting where I haven’t wanted to tear my hair out. I’ve absolutely have loved every casting choice they have made so far.

It’s really the only movie I’ve seen the casting for so far where I have zero complaints (I just hope they don’t get rid of Merrilee tho :/)

I hope not. I have feeling tho, the same actress who is going to play Maysliee will be playing Merrilee. I mean, BOSBAS was a 3 hour long movie, they have no reason not to do it again. But, I was also very excited about the casting for Lou Lou and Louella. Their actress look so similar side by side. Idk, I’m very pleasantly surprised and excited for this movie

Me too. I hate the amount of backlash they got for Louella and LouLou. I too pictured them as black but I’m certainly not upset at the casting choice and I think they’ll do amazing. Still a little sad that Woody Harrelson isn’t doing a one man show and playing everyone himself but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The comparison TikToks I have seen between the actress for Louella and JL is crazy. Also, Collins has the final say in the castings. I feel like if she wasn’t Louella in her eyes, she wouldn’t have been casted. Just like how, JL wasn’t what she imagine Katniss to be. But she saw Katniss in her eyes. Too bad we won’t see Harrelson in a pink dress and blonde wig playing Effie 😥🤣
