This is why I recommend books instead of giving my copies. There’s always the public library if they decide to read it 🤷‍♀️

I feel like there’s only two groups of ppl with book maintenance. Ones that don’t care (fold the corner of the page, bending it, wearing it out) & ppl who keep their books in pristine condition. (Bookmarks, minimal, if any, annotations). I, for one, don’t lend my copies out for that exact reason lol
