I have always liked Camus. The Stranger and such. Though lately i’ve been reading more fiction inspired by the absurd school of thought like The Possibility of and Island

Most of my tastes in political books are way outdated lol Hunter S. Thompson and other journalists on that wavelength.

For philosophical sci-fi The Left Hand of Darkness and The Dispossessed by Ursula K Le Guin and Parable of the Sower by Octavia E Butler are all amazing. I just read The Origins of Totalitarianism by Hannah Arendt which is quite dense but also good and felt very relevant to current times. I'm planning on reading Eichmann in Jerusalem next, which is about the banality of evil.

The Dispossessed is an awesome read! May make you want to go establish a space commune though
