Yeah. It’s messed up. I hate how people expect me to have perfect muslim rep in my books all because I’m a Muslim woman, yet so called romance books where a girl is being violated while in a coma is ok and praised. I hate it here.

But when Muslim women write books where Muslim women have relationships but don’t engage in sex, people will boldly accuse them of influencing young impressionable Muslim girls. Honestly, Christian women authors have sex in their books for teens.
