my mom has an audible premium account and she shares it with me so i haven’t spent money on an audiobook in YEARS lol we have 11 credits between us after i got project hail mary! i love audible it makes books so accessible for people with visual issues

i don’t wanna see a single comment about how audiobooks are lesser or some shit cuz ur automatically ableist for it idc. who cares if someone uses their ears or their eyes? we’re all consuming the exact same media.

My buddy is an audible guy, went through Sanderson and Red rising on audiobooks. I went through the same books on my kindle. Literally nothing different when we talked about it. some ppl drink water, some gulp, some sip, but we all drinking the same freaking H2O. Same w books

no fr the only difference are silly things like audiobook people being able to pronounce hard names but can’t spell them while readers are the opposite if they’re not someone who looks up pronunciation lol

😂 ngl im thankful for audiobooks when the narrators pronounce the names. Dune was such a hard read without it
