Uprooted by Naomi Novik!!!! It’s one of my favorite folklore based books and most of the names are even polish

When Among Crows by Veronica Roth! It’s a Polish mythology based urban fantasy about a world of creatures and a holy order set to kill them. The sequel is coming out in September too :)
