hey! i’m kinda new to reading frequently (i’m knocking out at least two books a week with my new ipad) and was wondering if goodreads is worth joining? i want to review books and find new ones to read on there :D

I use it to track books I’ve read and to add to my tbr list but it sounds like it’d be good for what you wanna do too

I use storygraph! it does everything goodreads does but also provides statsfor what you read

I use Goodreads so I’m not one to judge but if you’re at all trying to boycott Amazon, avoid Goodreads. Storygraph and Fable are other great free alternatives (and they’re better than Goodreads tbh, Goodreads is so outdated)

I always see people debating over this and tbh I don’t think it’s a serious decision. All you have to do is register an email address, and if you don’t like it, it’s gone just as quick.

Ofc! It’s a free thing so you could always just delete if you don’t like it. Also there’s giveaways on there, I’ve never won one but it never hurts to try lol

I haven’t switched over merely because I’m lazy and can’t seem to get into any other app, and Goodreads is definitely the most popular of the big three, so it’s entirely up to you
