(Tobacco and potatoes and tomatoes are native to the Americas, and if there was that much cross-continental contact, it's really not that implausible that immigration in the days of yore brought some diversity to the gene pool)

And the agenda being pushed is…that diversity exists? I don’t like Rings of Power in the slightest, but at least criticize a story for what it actually screws up. The diversity isn’t a problem, though the casting department, props department, writing department, and directing are.
