Have fun and go for it if it seems fun to you! I will say that there’s a smaller community for original work on ao3, so 3 chapters might not get a huge viewership. Might want to try soliciting views from betas and/or add it to the yikyak ao3 collection? For non ao3 sites ALWAYS check ToS to see if they want rights to ur writing, but on most I’ve been on that’s not the case. Wishing u luck!!!

I will counter that that isn’t how copyright works? You want to be prepared to prove that the work is yours (keep a separate dated file) and you want to be prepared to take it down from ao3 if u shop it around later, but posting it on ao3 won’t give away any copyright rights. Other sites, triple check ur ToS tho
