Are you gonna paint the cover? Some people paint like a poster type mural on the blank covers to make it pop. So one sode is old and gothic and the other side is beautiful picture. Def reccomend draeing heathcliff holding cathy seductively in the moores 🤌🏻

I don’t know about your friend, but it kills me to deface books. I know they’re just paper but I love keeping them in original condition. Maybe write the note on a separate page and fold it up to place inside if you think they’d feel the same

i was on the fence about it but it already had the price written on it in pencil on the first page so i was going to write the note there but like kinda lightly in pencil as well. idk i have until november so i’ll think about it
