Saying “most audiobook readers are just too lazy to pick up a real book” and “disabled people are confused about the abuse of audiobooks” to a visually disabled person is crazy. Can we just agree NOT TO GATEKEEP ACCESSIBLE READING for one damn day?

Although I can’t focus an audiobook unless I’m playing Minecraft or staring into space, they’re an incredible resource for those who find them accessible. Anyone who believes otherwise is actively discounting the origins of written literature—oral tradition
