It’s not exactly groundbreaking literature but I did really enjoy reading it. It was one of those books I just could not put down

It was poorly written, with bad characters and plot. All reused with not a single original idea. Hated every second of my reading experience

it’s the new ACOTAR. bad writing, bad plotting, bad characterization, heavy reliance on overused tropes, and a number of problematic elements in the worldbuilding. and just like ACOTAR, people leap to defend it as “turn-your-brain-off” reading and consider any criticism of it as ruining the fun

I enjoyed the serious so far. It’s not for everyone ofc and it’s not the BEST book I’ve ever read. However, It’s still enjoyable and addictive. The next one isn’t coming out until late 2026 or 2027 tho….

I've also read the entire Red Queen series and in my opinion I'm not sure why people (or person if it's just the same person) keep saying it's a copy of that. They're nothing alike tbh (Fourth Wing is miles better) It's definitely a very fun read, people just like to shit on it because it's a popular TikTok romantasy. But it was very entertaining and I plan on finishing the series

If anything, I'd say it's somewhat similar to Divergent with how the factions and stuff work but again, it's not exactly a "copy" just has similar ideas

I think the whole training part where she’s learning to fight for the matchups while also falling for her scary instructor is very reminiscent of divergent
