For more epic fantasy I personally love the moonfall series by James Rollins and the ember blade by Chris Wooding. Anji kills a king by Evan leikam isn’t as epic and less intense but still fun. And I’ll just add of blood and fire by Ryan Cahill just in case you haven’t heard of it, it’s quite popular but mostly in indie circles
